What topics are covered?
This is a two-day (12 hours) workshop and it covers:
1. Introduction to risk assessment based on ISO 31010:2010 and COSO ERM Integrated Framework
2. Inherent risk versus residual risk identification and analysis
3. Analysis of likelihood/probabilities; consequences, vulnerabilities and speed onsetof risk using Failure mode (FMEA) and Bowtie model
4. Risk assessment workshop
